I been there like 5 times in 2 years I think everyone there always been so helpful and very nice. I also like that you can be seen very fast and that you can take also get X-rays there not all urgent care have that. I will recommend to there.

Front desk receptionist’s were all so very helpful and kind. Nurse Jamielene was awesome! She was very kind and patient with my Autistic daughter. Made my heart smile. The doctor was awesome as well. We had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

Took my daughter in after she had a blow to the face. The whole team treated me and my daughter like family. They made an extremely stressful situation, just a bit easier. The women at the front desk were the nicest people I have ever encountered. They genuinely cared about my daughter’s injury and provided top notch care. We are from Arizona, so happy we found this place! Thank you to all of you that were there on August 5th. We are very graceful for you!

My 3 month baby started developing some cold like symptoms yesterday and pink eye symptoms today. My husband and I are visiting family here and didn’t have a doctor in the area. We were referred to this urgent care. The whole visit took 90 minutes! The waiting area was clean and the medical team was very nice and understanding. I really appreciate it and highly recommend them!

If you can't figure out that I already paid for a service in your customer service software then you are too stupid to practice medicine. Too much education, no common sense no interpersonal skills. You'd be safer driving to Chula Vista.

Let me start of with the front desk staff and doctor was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They really listen and were so patience with my daughter and I. Unfortunately the MA staff that was present today in the morning (male) was not maybe needed a little but more training. My daughter was 1 and usually when we are in the room doctors and staff knock. The MA did not and just open the door super fast and hit my 15 month old in the face. I understand things happen but in training they teach you these things. He also had a attitude when I asked for a syringe cause my daughter cant take liquid meds from a cup yet, she is still too little. He stayed in the room and I had to hold my daughter down on the exam bed and was told I had to do all of this with no help. Usually someone helps or a nurse comes in. It was a very off experience for myself and family.

Check-in was at 10:00. We were quickly processed, and seen by 10:30. Unfortunately, our situation required a visit to the ER, but the PA was nice enough to print out Google map directions to get us there. That's 5-star service, and a good bedside manner.

I went in for the first time. Had strep throat. The staff was amazing. So friendly and they all seemed to love their jobs. A little unheard of. Great experience.
